John has over 30 years of experience in international aviation-related finance, marketing, business development and operations management. He has an extensive track record of growing, diversifying and managing successful business units and developing long term customer relations. Before joining Giuseppe, John was a cofounder of Lobo Leasing Limited, an Ireland based international helicopter leasing company majority owned by the Blackstone Group. He served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Before Lobo, John founded and ran a small aviation finance boutique in partnership with Siemens Financial Services. Prior to that, John held various positions in financial analysis, sales, marketing, and management for various national banks and finance companies.
John holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire.
Living on the coast of Maine, John is an avid sea kayaker and plays the mandolin.
Michael has 24 years of experience as a Space Operations Professional with considerable depth in missile warning operations, exercise integration and tactics, techniques and procedures development.
Michael's free time is spent experimenting with various cuisines, playing with his two dogs, and spending time with his wife watching for wildlife around Tucson.
Karen worked in a variety of roles as an administrator, graphic and web designer, computer-aided drafter, and a marketing specialist. Prior to joining Giuseppe Space, she worked for Mt Carmel Veterans' Center as the Military Spouse Career Program Manager, as well as, for Parsons standing up support staff for USSF Cyberspace Squadrons. As an Air Force military spouse of 26 years, Karen reinvented her career many times over through 13 military relocations. She treasured her time volunteering to increase quality of life for military families along the way.
Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Communication from the University of Arizona. She also holds multiple professional certifications in web design and marketing.

Justin's career began with an enlistment in the US Army in 2010, serving 4 years in the rank of Sergeant as a senior medic. He served one deployment to Southern Afghanistan in 2012, supporting Charlie Troop, 4th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment. After leaving active duty in 2014, he attended college while working full-time at CarMax, where he met his future wife, Araceli. Justin landed a job in the defense industry as a Technical Analyst with Tecolote Research, Inc. serving in various roles for multiple directorates at Space Systems Command. He joined LinQuest Corporation as a Senior Acquisition Specialist providing sustainment support services to the Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) program office at SSC. He found his true calling developing digital engineering & integration models using SysML supporting the Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO) at SSC.
Justin's hobbies include anything outdoors, woodworking, gaming, and riding his dirt bike.
After graduating with a degree in Professional & Technical Writing, AJ approached the workforce with the idea that any form of writing or communication fell within her purview. With the goal of successful communication, she dedicated herself to ensuring that any communication passing through her went to the right person in a way that made sense to them. AJ went on to work in a variety of roles (crossing through retail, administration, and management) in a variety of settings (non-profit, small business, franchise, and corporate).

Michael has extensive background as a Senior Space Operations Veteran with experience spanning nearly 32 years of service in the Air Guard, Air Force, and Space Force. His leadership experience ranged from serving as a Deputy Group Commander, Squadron Commander, Deputy Director of Operations, Mission Manager and Innovator. Michael's diverse background encompasses Space and Ballistic Missile operations, Multi-Domain Command and Control, Nuclear Command Control and Communication, and Joint Operational Planning.
Michael holds an MBA from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics & Aviation Science & Technology from Indiana State University. He graduated as a certified flight instructor with commercial & instrument ratings.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1998, Tim was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Air Force and served 20 years as a Space and Missile Operations Officer. Tim has experience in nuclear operations, missile warning, space situational awareness and satellite operations. After retiring in 2018, he gained professional certifications in project management (PMP), cyber security (Security+), Agile (Professional Scrum Master) and Software Testing (CTFL). Prior to joining GSE, he worked as a Senior Systems Test Engineer on the next generation GPS ground control system.
Tim's hobbies are hunting, woodworking, and gardening.
Laura focuses in identifying and securing military, contractor, ICS/SCADA and large enterprises, specializing in NIST Risk Management Framework. Helping customers implement Cloud security through VMware Carbon Black, SASE and other cloud security products.
Laura's hobbies are volunteering in cyber organizations including as a director on the Information Systems Security Association Board of Directors, President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of ISSA, volunteer on the ISSA Women in Security Special Interest Group and Chapter Leader's Committee.
