Giuseppe Engineering (GEN) is currently seeking a Backend Software Developer with expertise in Java and .NET to join our team under the Digital Spaceport Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. This role is pivotal for those passionate about software development within Agile and DevOps environments, offering significant opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration and contribution to software quality and performance enhancements.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment, leveraging Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.  
• Work as a vital member of an agile team following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support fast-paced and nationally significant programs.  
• Contribute to server-side business logic and client web application/UI development, with opportunities to work with Java, Python, embedded C/C++, and special-purpose device programming.  
• Utilize Test Driven Development (TDD) and test automation tools, ensuring the development of robust, efficient, and reliable software.

As a System Software Engineer for Giuseppe Engineering (GEN), you will be responsible for developing software for our MBSE Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.
